Governor Gone AWOL

Comments

Name any other job where you could disappear for a week without telling anyone, and still expect to keep your job.
Agreed...having the affair is poor judgment, but running off for a week without your staff or family knowing where you are, that's insane..I would not be thrilled if a co-worker did that, certainly not an elected official..

..and it seems pretty low to disappear on "Father's Day" when he has children at home..
I think you know I agree on all counts here.

I could also deal without him quoting the Bible every time he speaks, but that's a whole different issue.
I agree with you in part. However, "as long as he ran his job" does not follow logic. What ever your moral or ethical position tends to be, you do not leave them at the office door or vice versa.
[this is good]
This story gets juicier each and every day that passes by. And that Bible quoting stuff he is ranting about is just quite bizarre. This man need counseling.
The guy definitely has a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth. I live in SC and we've known he's a Looney Tunes here for a long time. The bad thing is, the Lt. Governor is just as much a nutjob as he is.

And, both, Gov. and Lt. Gov., get great benefits for life. Only in America! However, I don't think the SC politicians can hold a candle to the politicians in California. We have, the very best of the best.... nutjobs

Good writing and a good 4th.

I feel for the people of SC. What poor leadership!
